Given the red carpet and the celebrity crush just down the street, you might have imagined the rest of Lincoln Road to be barren—but not at Halo, just off Lincoln.  The boyz came out in scores to help Jason Tamanini celebrate his birthday.  Edison Farrow’s Martini Tuesdays parked itself in residence for the occasion—and there were special Tamanini Martinis, made with vodka, ginger liqueur, and muddled strawberries, a combination that packed a wallop in the head, but left the breath as sweet as a berry.  And mingling graciously amidst the berry-infused crowd was the b’day boy himself, a consummate host.  Small wonder that Halo was crowded until the wee hours—for who wouldn’t wish to count himself among Jason Tamanini’s friends.  Best wishes, birthday boy—and plenty more muddled strawberries.
